WOW!!!  That is all i can say about my adventure with my buddy Heather to the Ben Franklin Store in Sumner.  We didn't make it up to Bellingham, but we were not disappointed.  I finally got the new pink Paislee paper line and love elsie forest.  I highly recommend that you get a group of girl friends together go down shop and out go out to lunch.  That's our next plan. I can't wait to create with all the products and ideas that we got.

The weather is warming up and I'm loving it. Saturday is the Armed forces day parade in downtown bremerton. It 's the largest one in washington state.  I love parade's . it's also a good opportunity for photo's and scrapbooking.

Oh, Oh,  I just picked up my copy of the magazine Home & Heart.  I'm sorry heather, I couldn't help myself.  This one is a must. It has so many ideas. I have yellow sticky notes all over it. By the way, did you know that tomorrow is chocolate chip cookie day?  There is all kinds of fun triva like that inside.

Thanks dad and Tony for installing the carpet tonight. Courtney is going to love it. I have a 12 yr old step daughter. We are starting procedures tomorrow for joint custody and to stop her mother from moving her to Rhode Island. We are in for some fun. Her mom is not happy with us.

Man, the days just seem to fly by. I have so much to do and not enough time. I'm going on a road trip with Heather to Treasure of Memories up in Bellingham Wa. They have the new Love Elsie line called" forest". So on Wednesday i will have lots to talk about.

My husband and I have agreed that now is the time to go for full or shared shared custody of his daughter. Mom wants them to move back east and allow him to have her for 6 weeks of the year.
Mom has a big surprise, my husband is not going to sign any papers to allow his daughter to move out of the state. Anyways, we moved the two boys into one room and now courtney will have her own room. She helped pick out paint and bed accessories. She is very excited about it.

Menu for the week:

Monday -
southern pork chops served with brown rice
Tuesday- spaghetti and meatballs

Wednesday- Crock Pot Pot Roast

Thursday- Chicken Fried Steak
Friday- Crock pot meatballs and gravy
Saturday-Tater tot casserole
Sunday- Soup and sandwiches

I' m getting sleepy. Bye

here is a picture of the layout you wanted . It's one of my favorites. The colors are relaxing and mellow.

Disney mini album

I saw this adorable flip album on 2peas and copied it. I can't wait until we can go to Disneyland.

My Special Family

This is my most favorite piece of artwork right now. Now drew our family. He even added his cousins Alex and Taylor. I know, precious.

Tika Pita

This is my dog Tika. She's 14 years old this year. She is an English Staffordshire Bull Terrier. This is how she like to sleep all cuddled up in her blanket. She can't wait for the sun and warm weather to arrive.

My Joker

Noah is always making funny faces, saying funny things and doing things to make me laugh. Sometimes it makes it so hard to parent him when he's in trouble. He has a ball under his hat and it made him look like a cone head.

Taffy Cat

This is my crazy cat. I love her.

This is my Troy and his new toy. For Spring break we loaded up in the truck and drove to Denver for a week. His family lives there and  it was a first time visit for me and the boys. We did lots of visiting, went to the zoo, and even went hunting fossils of dinosaurs. We came back with his "Hog" and some guns. I didn't mind, because he let me go to scrapbook stores. I love Hobby Lobby and Archiver's.  I wish we had them in Washington.
These are my two boys doing what we like to do in the summertime. It's cold right now outside and this picture is reminding me that the sun will once again shine down upon us. Until then I can relive the the warm happy memories to come.

Last night I went to the Luke's school and was voted in as the secretary of the PTA for the coming school year. Why not, I'm already there volunteering in the classrooms and doing the banking program with the kids once a week. One more thing won't hurt.LOL!

I'm a greenie

I can't believe that I'm doing this.  I'm not a computer person and my buddy has told that this is very easy to do.  I must say that I love to read other people's blogs. So I will say that this is a work in progress as I am myself. I'm looking forward to all the fun possibilities.
